Manooch Thomas Azizi is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions, entrepreneurial business, and general business services.

He volunteers his time as legal counsel for Hispanic Unity of Florida. 

Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Manooch spent four years as a litigator. His practice included complex commercial litigation, large-scale construction defects, Florida and federal appeals, admiralty, maritime, commercial real estate, basic business transactions, and general liability.

Prior to starting his legal career, Manooch was an auditor and consultant at a big four professional services firm in New York handling Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance in the information technology, risk, and assurance practice. 

He proudly served for over a decade as a United States Naval Officer, both on active duty and in the Reserve, deployed overseas several times in support of the Global War on Terrorism, and received an honorable discharge.

Manooch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the George Washington University. He received his law degree with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in law school, Manooch served as a judicial legal intern for the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Rebull in Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit. He earned two book awards in Admiralty Law and Trial Advocacy Practice and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation, a member of the Moot Court Board, and President of the Maritime Law Society.
